In Course 300 agents will learn:
· To be able to calculate long-term projections for operations on a single family house, a small plex, an office and a retail property.
· To be able to calculate or project a sale price at the end of a five year holding period for each property type.
· To be able to use the HP10BII calculator to calculate IRR internal rate of return on cash flows from operations and proceeds of sale
· To be able to use the HP10BII calculator to calculate NPV net present value on an investment scenario. How much more or less can I invest in the property originally, to obtain the desired rate of return (assuming the projections for the holding period are reasonably conservative)?
