In Course 400 agents will learn:
· How do investors get into real property investments? Where does the initial cash come from? We examine, along with other sources, possible use of IRA/401k funds.
· What are some basics of property management that you and/or your clients need to know, to select a good property management company?
· What are some of today’s “opportunities” for investors, and what do you need to know? One of today’s hot topics is foreclosures, or short sales.
· How do investors get out of real property investments? We examine the tax implications of direct sale, 1031 tax-deferred exchange, strategies for possible estate planning purposes, etc.
· How does an agent begin to share this information with their clients initially and on a regular basis?
